Lens-Artists Photo Challenge – All Wet

When Tina suggested All Wet as the topic for this week’s Lens-Artists Photo Challenge, I didn’t have to go any further than the sea lions at Brookfield Zoo in my photo files.  As a non-swimmer I’ve always admired their graceful movements in the water and even on-shore their ungainly bodies seem to have a certain elegance of posture as they bend and curve to catch the sun’s rays.

  1. Amazing photos…such beautiful skin colours and so smooth and shiny…they look as if they are waiting for their little ears to be tickled!

  2. I KNEW you’d find a wonderful choice for the week Sue! Loved these beautiful creatures. How interesting they work to absorb the sunlight just as we do.

    • Thank you! I had just renewed my membership and was looking forward to a trip to Brookfield when everything shut down. After the Botanic Garden, this will probably be my next stop when things get back to semi-normal.
